hi there,
we have the following: ftp://baal.kapper.net/raq-upload-trouble/
files there are as follows:
MSPBDE40.DLL 286.992 16.04.2001 06:07 -rw-rw-r--
MSXBDE40.DLL 188.416 16.04.2001 06:14 -rw-rw-r--
Msxbde40.zip 109.370 16.04.2001 06:14 -rw-rw-r--
SQLSERVR.pdb 16.548.864 16.04.2001 06:10 -rw-rw-r--
problems are: mspbde40.dll, msxbde40.dll and sqlservr.pdb can not be fully
uploaded (via ftp or smb) to a raq2-box, there appears always a disconnect
before the upload can be finished (same connect does 2+ GB file uploads
w/o problems). But these three files get me crazy.
With the raq4 where the files are now this problem doesn't appear, except
for MSXBDE40.DLL, which is incomplete on this server, but in the ZIP is
the correct file, as it should have been uploaded there as well as on our
raq2.
Could please some kind soul confirm our problem by trying to up/download
on their boxes?
We're running proftpd-1.2.1-C1 on the raq4 serving the files above,
all other current cobalt-fixes are applied, I somehow guess it's a eth-driver
problem or so.
We're running the same proftp version on the raq2's as well as samba 2.07,
uploads can't be finished either way.
if anybody can supply any ideas, I'd be very happy.
tia
