Depends on how it's being sent. Maybe you have an old FormMail.pl/cgi

Do you have control over all the sites on your server? Maybe someone on
the server is a spammer.
Determining this is of upmost importance; work it out today, don't
wait. Black lists can be the death of you - I remember some years ago,
the colo company we were using had spammers in an IP block only a few
numbers up from us, and ignored one email asking them to do something
about it. Bam, their entire class C ended up in a black list, and
propagated to others.
No matter how many emails they/we sent, the block wouldn't be removed
out. My ability to email from my domains colocated on the machine was
completely crippled and I lost some rather large contracts due to it -
not happy. The colo facility ended up having to get an entire new
block in and assign that to their customers, but by then, we and other
clients had moved elsewhere.
Treat spammers with extreme prejudice. They can be far more painful
than just an annoyance.
