[cobalt-users] Unknown user account

Hi,
 
  I have been searching for the last 2 days for the
solution in our current mail set-up. We have 2 boxes,
box1 and box2. 
 
  - box1 ip is 203.XX.XX.160 (www.myothercompany.net) 
  - box2 ip is 203.XX.XX.180    (www.mycompany.com)
  - We are currently hosting www.myclientdomain.com in
box1
  - box2 is acting as our dns server. I have
configured dns setting for  myclientdomain.com  

 myclientdomain.com        --> 203.XX.XX.160      (A
record)
 mail.myclientdomain.com   --> 203.XX.XX.160    (A
record)
 www.myclientdomain.com    --> 203.XX.XX.160  (A
record)
 myclientdomain.com    --> mail.act.republic.org.au 
(MX record)
 
  - In the email setting in box2 I have configured the
ff:
  
Relay for the ff Hosts/Domain  
203.XX.XX.180
203.XX.XX.160

Host/Domain Aliases   
www.mycompany.com.au
www.myothercompany.net.au
myclientdomain.com
  
  - box1 and box2 both have sendmail configured.
  - I have added the user account ronaldo9 to
myclientdomain.com domain

My SMTP server is mail.mycompany.com
When I try to send a mail to
ronaldo9@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx it gives the Unknown user
error message. The detail error message is 
 
The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected
e-mail address was 'ronaldo9@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. 
Subject 'test', Account: 'jason mycompany.com',
Server: 'mail.mycompany.com', 
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1
<ronaldo9@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

 
Pls could someone explain to me why am i receiving
this error. Any solultion would be appreciated .
