In your message you wrote that your MX record is mail.act.republic.org.au
I did a dig on that address and turned up these name servers
oldent.powerup.com.au. [203.2.122.69] [TTL=1800]
galileo.powerup.com.au. [203.2.122.68] [TTL=1800]
Neither name server is returning a vaild SOA.....can't find the domain
