Well, maybe this shows what I don't know about cron. They may only need 
to upload a file about once a week or so, but they would want it to show 
up on the website about immediately - within maybe an hour anyway.  Lots 
of times they get me an agenda at 5pm Friday for a Monday meeting, so 
the quicker it is on the web the better for the public.
