I do not see this as an attack.

These are very valid questions and I will do my best to answer them for
you...

I can't discuss what could be my postion in a dispute..
I will say after reading that, it appears a GPL "thing" Always retains it's
License and there are sections which allow for additional Licences. I can't
say more from a legal direction.

resell,

No it is very valid.. and in fact I can defend it in more then 1 country :)

For a long time this user group has been plagued by people that only
want your money. over and over this group has been spammed by people
selling GPL software, and so on... Some of you might remember that I was
just a user comming from Redhat 4.x to a RaQ2 long ago... if not.. check
the archives :) ... and when I tried to help people here all I ever got was
a variety of "mis-direction, bullshit chat, hate mail, Slander, rude
comments from people making mistakes, stupid single line slams, and other
time asorbing shit from everybody that had something to sell... At the
point I did the "Vote" (which came out in my favor btw) everybody decided I
should be working on their servers :) which was very fun! However I was
never prepared for the mass of people that would call, write, im, and
otherwise force me to create "systems" to deal with the almost daily rush.
When the calls slowed down enough I started making a nice clean dist that I
could use when servicing my customers.. I took about 4 to 5 months of
"constant" building to create the somewhere over 500 titles... and growing
:)

Mirrors
I don't want old data floating around.. and at the moment there is not much
to mirror so the need is low... I have asked in several places for a
location (I was trying to give sun a chance) for a long term place to store
them and at this time it would appear I have to do it myself... and to
avoid charging a fee (allowed by the GPL) I would perfer not to add to my bw
charges at this time, and while I have the plan of how to achive the mirror,
it's not done or ready for primetime. I might change the location too :)

can't resell
I have no desire to support people that have been so bad for this community.
