I just leased 2 raq 4 servers and I am not sure what I need to apply.

when I check the server itself it shows the following :

Relational Database Server and Client tools by InterBase. Release V6.0
<http://www.mysql.com/>MySQL Release 3.23.54-1
Cobalt OS Release 6.0


do i need to install all the updates on the page ?
