Known problems with popb4smtp on RaQ platforms. Try checking/unchecking/retrying the GUI switch in combination with 'ps aux'/'top' to see if it actually starts. I've had RaQ3s&4s that just take a few tries. Be sure to double check a few hours later that it is still running once you verify that it starts.
