[cobalt-users] 550 with PKG issues..

I have a Cobalt 550 with the following problems... 
[Yes, I have reviewed the archives for possible solutions.]

1) any installation of PKG's [solorspeed or other] are all reporting:
    "There was an error verifying the package file. It may be corrupted,
or it may not have the correct authentication information. The software
package was not installed."
    
    What is the problem? Most likely me... But wondering if there is
another problem.
    FYI... All PKG's provided from Sun install without a problem.

2) I cannot find a PKG for AWSTATS that will install... I have tried
    http://www.nuonce.net/awstats-cobalt.php without success.

    Anyone with a solution? [See issues listed in question 1.]

3) Looking for a MailScanner PKG for the 550 without success. Any
suggestions?

4) I purchased PerlDesk ... for some reason, neither I nor any of my
developer friends could install it and get it operational... anyone with
a solution?
