[cobalt-users] Openwebmail v2.1.0 -> XTR / Qube 3

Okay people, sorry for the delay, until this moment, I never had a test
subject.  Someone was kind enough to let me borrow theirs, and I got the
package working for an XTR.  I would like to assume that it will work on a
Qube 3 .. so, some of you Qubers out there, test it out.

I have had lots of reports (all good) from RaQ 4, 550 owners .... none from
RaQ 3 ... any brave souls wanna try it?
