[cobalt-users] Email Question for the Gurus

Hi Folks,

Have one of the owners here who has a SprintPCS/PDA phone. When he first got
this thing earlier this year I got it setup with Eudora and hitting our Qube
3 email server just fine for email (thus by passing $prints email.). He is
on his 3rd phone now (they keep dying and are replaced by Sprint.) and the
2nd time I got this setup just fine. Well this 3rd time I cannot get it to
get email from our server and as near as I can tell I am not doing anything
different (but must be.).

The error is:

"Unexpected error from outgoing email server mail.leesupply.net protocol
error"

Does any one have any idea what the heck this means or where this protocol
deal is controlled ?

I did have someone tell me that originally it Sprint might have been
relaying email and that is why this was working and with all the Spam
crackdown, this might have been stopped (?).
