The new user can log in inmediatly to Openwebmail but they have to wait
to the next hour the www to be removed.
You can setup it to be executed every 15 minutes or less, but I think
that with this cron the new user will need to wait a bit.
I'm using the Openwebmail 1.81 pkg from Pkgmaster.com
