I had the same problem for a while. Logrotate and Webalizer were taking
so long that the other cron jobs got pushed far back. This caused many
problems.
I wound up moving logrotate and webalizer to their own cron job at
12:01am every morning. The problem went away after that.
P.S. A tip on changing cron jobs: Webmin's cron job interface is very
easy to use.
