DNS is set up incorrectly.  You have two different boxes, each
claiming to be the one true source for DNS, each with different
serial numbers.

If someone hits ns2.andyclyde.com, they get newer info than if
they hit ns2.wegottickets.com... I see the "test" RR in the
first, but not the second.

List both NSes as authoritative (what model RAQs do you have?)
and set up one (I recommend ns2) to be a slave.  Your problems
should go away.

As for propogation, there has been none.  If DNS worked, you
either were lucky enough to hit the correct NS, or had valid
entries on both servers.
