[cobalt-users] DNS problem

i've got a problem with a subdomain on my RaQ4. it's been working on and off
for some months now.

test.wegottickets.com

i've done a few checks and it all seems to be set up fine on the box. when i
do a check via http://www.demon.net/external/ it all comes up fine but when
i do a nslookup from my PC or from one of my other RaQs it can't resolve the
host name. i don't think it's a propagation issue since this has been a
couple of months now.

any ideas?
