Hi,
We used to have the this about 18months ago. Twice it happened and all we
did was shutdown the ASP engine which seemed to constantly reset the resync.
Here's the order of things we did
1. turn-off ASP engine
2. reboot
3. wait for resync to complete
4. turn-on ASP engine
5. restart services as needed.
