I know it's a plug and I usually refrain from advertising my site but I
have created a 'Free' site with some good stuff that I thought others
might find useful.. The below link has some good information to stuff that
took me days to research and finally get working - most important (to me
at least), it contains a simple firewall script (using iptables - works
great) and some brief explanations/experiences of upgrading to the latest
patches and backing up your system (all Free stuff just clumped together
on this link):
