Make sure your RaQ does not have an email-server-alias for the domains
(obviously it doesn't)

Setup your access file to relay for the domains.
Setup the MX records such that your server is the high priority server.
And there server is the low priority server.

The email should then go through your server and since your server does
not accept email for the domain it will relay it to the next priority server.
