The simple answer you were asking is when does the cron.daily run, it is 4
AM or at least it is on our Raq 4's and our old Raq 3's. If you are having
some issues with Raqbackup running and clogging things up, we set up a
completely new cron job for it, we created a cron.midnight and set the cron
to run daily at midnight. We then mv'd the raqbackup file over to that
directory. We also created a separate cron for our awstats to run at 8 AM.
By doing this we noticed a great improvement on our CPU use.
Follow the others instructions on setting up a new cron job.
