Are you sure you're using the primary serial port? And is your laptop set to
use 115200 N-8-1?

Press spacebar as soon as you see any text on your laptop (assumes RaQ serial
port is active and bps is set properly). Then type "boot" at the prompt and
press Enter, then "set_params single" and Enter, then "bfd" and Enter.
