and allow it to thoroughly settle for 72 hours or MORE... that would be MY advice. Moving servers from data-center to data-center (and thus renumbering them) was a cakewalk when we did this. It simply can NOT be rushed.

Not using the GUI to my knowledge - I'd LOVE to know what can be done to achieve this on a single RAQ.
