most of your clients are not reading the email. Yes it is from the administrator, but it is not likely from your domain. They are returned emails, refused emails, and gracious antivirus programs sending them. I turned it off early on in mailscanner as so many of these virus' are using a bogus from address. I saw one out of hundreds from ucla.edu that actually explained and apologized for the the email.

Ask the customer to actually open the email and read the whole from .

Are you sure that's not an alias your user has? The virus usually pulls
from the infected PC. Maybe the address book or the web cache.
