I see noting wrong with what Brian is doing.  First of all he is
building good packages that this community needs.  His prices seem quite
fair and hardly a huge commercial enterprise.  Second typing in all caps
is a much larger breech of netiquette than what he is doing.  I hardly
think his posting rise to the level of spam.  They are all on topic.  

This user appreciates both his free and pay packages being available.
