Yes I have. I have fixed it somehow. I dont know whether it's just a temporary fix until the next reboot, but we'll see.
Mine always crashed while syncing md2 at around 37%...

What I did is the following:

Waited till sync for md4 and md3 were finished, then issued a "init 6". When the server came back online, it continued syncing with md2 and proceeded right through to the end without crashing. Before it would always start syncing with md4, again and again.
