I vaguely remember an issue where there could not be a capital letter in
the
users email address.. so you could add joe123@xxxxxxxxxx but you could
not
add it if it was say Joe123@xxxxxxxxxx or joe123@xxxxxxxxxxxxx maybe
check
that?
