I do not have any set up at the moment but I will find out.
I actually tried this on about 10 different Raq4's and did not use the same
drives in any. It seems strange that all of the 20gb drives worked ok but
every 20.4gb drive caused the same raid problem.

The mirroring was complete before every reboot.
