 1) Which ROM rev do you have on those RaQs
    As Root > cmos -c romrev
    If it's not 2.3.38 try a reflash to 2.3.38

 2) Wait between reboots until you get a valid
    cat /proc/mdsat
    that indicates mirroring is complete
