I have just spoken to one of the EMEA cobalt support guys about this and I
have to say they were really quick in responding (within 2 hours).
And I didn't have to pay anything at all, although it took some time to
explain why I wasn't willing to pay anything at all for this. But somehow
I could convince them that this is something that affects all raq550's and
that in my opinion this is a security problem which exist on all
out-of-the-box 550's and that I don't want to pay for a problem I didn't
create.

The answer to my call was the magic: The problem is known and we will
create a patch.

BUT ......

They had no idea of when this patch will be released :-(.

For the time being their fix is editing the access file and do a makemap
like Gerald described in the previous mail.
