I don't think so. There is also the access.db file and I don't know enough
of sendmail and the makemap command to what and how to change those
things.
Exactly the same question I posted here a few weeks ago and got no answer
of what to do. I the meantime we blocked the specific hostname.
Furthermore I called the owner of the server that was an open relay and
"asked" him to do something about it. Eventually he just shut te server
down.
