Which had to be the from address.
How do I stop this BS?

It's probably an Outlook virus which has infected someones address book that
you are on and using your email address picked randomly as a from field.
There are plenty of viruses that do that out there.
Even if you track it down the most you are going to be able to do is get the
sender to update their virus definitions.
I'm seeing the server mailscanner program picking up maybe 50-60 of these a
day, 99% of the time the alert message it sends bounces from a spoofed field
like this.
Loading that mailscanner onto the server was the best thing I ever did! -
