I don't think either of those are sure to work for the visually
impaired. I haven't tried the browsers that are designed for the
visually impaired. I didn't know whether they parse JavaScript or not. I
also wouldn't make that the only method of contact as there is a not
insignificant number of people that have JavaScript disabled due to past
recommendations from Microsoft to disable it before a patch for a
security issue came out. I'm sure many didn't re-enable it.
