Yes, I deleted that account and sure enough the "virtusertable" came to
life! BUT,, it only has that one domain and that one user.
SO I ran: hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable
again,,
And it is still the same, one domain and one user..

Not much huh!
looks like you have one domain in there
and one user.....
I really don't know how you can recreate the virtusertable,
I have never had to do it.
Maybe someone else can step in here, and lend a hand!
You might try deleting the last doamin and then look at
/etc/mail/virtusertable and see if it was rebuilt.
if so, then run makemap again
