I subscribe to the Cobalt mailing at both jobs that I have, I keep on top of
my emails. I believe that customer satisfaction is not over rated, and
there needs to be more of it. I even help numerous people with my free
packages, like the Cistron Radius, AWStats (Still the only person who wrote
one) :-) and my phpMyAdmin. If it keeps people happy, and coming back for
services, software, support ... I will bend over backwards. Of course, if
it is not related to my packages, response times are slower. It is like
Avis's saying ... "We try ... harder" :-)
