I see an MX record for oakwood-surrey.org.uk on your nameserver;
on granitecanyon, however, things look broken.

Yes, RM needs to delegate reverse to you. However, your NS does
not know it's authoritative for 62.171.199.74's reverse DNS:

Okay, good. Some people mistakenly use "behind firewall" to
refer indicate "RFC1918-addressed system behind NAT device", so I
wanted to clarify.
