The harm occurs when/if they lose their Internet service because their
ISP finds them in violation of their TOS. If this has never happened to
you or your clients, great.
I offered it for several years in the past, when I ran Mailtraq under
Windows NT. I no longer use Mailtraq and I no longer offer it.
