We started by using the built in backup on the Qube (via FTP), but because our off site backup goes over ISDN (64Kb/s) we really wanted the backup files compressed before they were sent. We now have a script that backs up changed/new files during the week, and once a week a full backup, all sent as one big .tar.gz (and before anyone asks, the weekly backup is about 1.7Gb and takes a day or two to send;)
I also keep a copy of all users work from the Qube on my laptop (user files are only around 2gb uncompressed, and its jolly useful to have a nearby backup as well as the offsite one which is in my house 30minutes drive away).
