[cobalt-users] PHP install - help required

sorry, this is a fairly basic question and i know the answers are probably
all out there but i can't seem to find them!

i'm hoping to do a PHP install/update following uk2raq.com's instructions
(http://www.uk2raq.com/raqfaq/raqfaqshow.php?faq=43).

am i right in thinking that if i do it this way i will be able to run as
both a apache module and as command line?
currently, i have both set up on my RaQ4 but they seem to have different
configurations...

any other issues i should be aware of?
