I don't think Sun (or Cobalt) ever sold a 60 GB system. Putting a new
drive into the box would void Sun's warranty.

I'd like some custmer perspective on what Sun will do about a warranty
for a current brand new machine; maybe I'm a pessimist <wry grin>.

Adding RAM and/or a processor would definitely void Sun's warranty.
Sun is VERY tight about their warranties.
