Hi Folks,
OK, I have been TRYING to do this for almost 2 days. Reading everything
I can get my hands on, etc. I am running the Qube 3 and my workstation's
is running Windows 2000 Pro (I did this with NO problem last year with a
Qube 2 on a Windows NT workstation.).
I am trying to use the Backup Method SMB Windows File Share.
So I specify the IP address of my PC and the subdirectory off of C:\
that I want it to use (Qube 3) as follows:\\172.16.10.96\Qube 3
If i am not mistaken, you can not use the \\ip.num.ber.
Notation in the share. I used a normal netbios name, but switched to ftp
long ago.
Bob.
