Can't give you any insight into that provider but here are a couple that we
actively use that you may want to check out.
www.ultradns.com
I consider them to be a more premium service with easy accessabilty to
support staff. Being a premium DNS provider they also have higher costs but
over all provide better user interfaces and functionality both Wizard based
and Advance Non-Wizard configurations.
www.dnsmanage.com or http://dnsmanage.com/services.html
I consider them an economy or budget oriented DNS provider. They provide
most of the same functionality as the provider above but are nearly
impossible to make contact with in short order if you need assistance.
Their billing history for account balances etc.. definitely needs
improvement but otherwise its a very reasonable and generally reliable
option.
FYI - We had a few sites effected recently by a DOS attack on their DNS
servers that caused intermittent disruptions for about 6 hours a couple of
weeks ago. That is the only disruption and problem that we have seen with
them over the last 3 years or so.
FYI #2 - We have done our own DNS in the past and still do some but most of
it is outsourced for the main reason that we don't have the capability of
two physically different location for higher DNS server availability
assurance and find that outsourcing is the way to go for us.

I'm considering outsourcing my DNS to dnsmadeeasy.com so
that I can put my RAQs behing a Smoothwall firewall.
Any 'Gotchas' that I should be aware of.
Currently I host my own primary and secondary dns and my ISP provides
reverse.
TIA.
Paul
