Hi Paul,

Firstly you can start by installing phpmyadmin www.phpmyadmin.net on one of
your sites and set it up so that customers can manage their own databases.

Then when creating there databases and mysql accounts use the copy and paste
instructions here http://articles.areontheweb.com/phpMyAdmin/

This will make sure that when customers log in through the http address that
they only see their database.
