I think you are mistaken - if you want MySQL on a Raq4 you have to add
it yourself

You need to install phpMyAdmin, this can give a virtual folder
www.domain.com/phpMyadmin to allow control of the database for that
domain.
Both packages are available from pkgmaster, as is a suitable howto.
