Hi Richard,
We currently use Raqbackup.sh
(http://www.neuhaus-internet.de/cobalt/raqbackup)
Raqbackup.sh uses Cobalt's CMU and when having to restore my RaQ4s (couple
of times)it has worked smoothly and seamlessly.
Every website hosted recovers its accounts, settings, paswords, users, etc.
I think its just what you are looking for.
