Wow...although it's a different issue...would that mean you can't
block incoming mail to a user?

My experience is on a similar track....and I shorten the wait time if they
don't pay. In a previous life I managed rentral property...and the law
said if the rent was not paid within 5 days from the due date, I could
begin the eviction process. So, with every new tenant I informed them
that the rent was due on....and if I didn't have it on ....Plus 5, I would
start the eviction machine.
I found out that I got a reputation on the area for being "tough", and a
lot of folks said "no thanks" when I explained it to them.
Overall, a small period of no business is a lot better than a long period
of bad business.
