Sure. Just find someone to provide the service (there are some places
that do it for free and some which charge), and you'll need to allow
zone transfers to them so they can get your info...
Control Panel -> DNS Parameters -> Add Secondary Name Service for
Domain (or Network)
Separating DNS info onto separate networks is a very wise thing to
do...
