As usual with my problems, it is mostly just a simple thing. David had
me examining what Bruce had said about putting the domain in both the
Control Panel and the Site Settings email aliases. Whenever I tried this
the domain name (nomealaska.org) wouldn't stay in the Control Panel
email aliases box. (Couldn't have it in both). The solution was, and
makes simple sense now to me, to put nomealaska.org in the Site Settings
email aliases and www.nomealaska.org in the Control Panel email aliases
box. That seems to work.
I immediately moved on to getting webmail. I installed the package of
openwebmail at pkgmasters and so far it seems to work perfectly right
out of the box, no tweaking. Scared me before I knew how to get it
running when I looked at the faq and readme in the doc directory. But so
far can ignore most of that..
cheerios,
