This is the third RaQ 4r that I've heard of with excessive RAID time.
The other two were after sudden power-off though, not as part of a
"normal" powered reboot.
No idea what causes it though, how to fix, etc. The other 2 RaQs did
eventually finish rebuilding, so just hang in there!
