[cobalt-users] disk integrity problem after patch

I just applied the last two Sun patches on two Raq4rs.  The first one 
seems to have gone off without a hitch. But on one raq, which is 
underutilized  (/ at 73%, /var at 10%, and /home at 12%), it took a long 
time to reboot (after the patch that needed rebooting.). It stayed on 
checking disk for some time. It finally came up after about 1/2 hour or 
so, but looking at the status gui,  under Disk Integrity, I have a 
message that 'Server data is being duplicated to the backup hard drive.' 
It is at about 50% done after 24 hours.

Any clues or advise? I did check the archives and didn't come up with 
anything that seemed applicable.
