[cobalt-users] Uninstall or reinstall a Raq4 .pkg?

I've accidentally installed a security patch (the 14039 PHP patch package)
on a Raq4 after a later patch for Apache. The result is that Apache doesn't
start when the server is rebooted. My ISP has got Apache running for me, but
says I need to uninstall 14039.
Is there a way of uninstalling packages? The RAQ4 online interface doesn't
appear to provide a way of doing this. I also tried re-installing the later
patches to Apache, but the system just reports "Package already installed".
So, can anyone out there tell me either how to uninstall 14039, or how to
re-install Apache? I have a basic knowledge of Linux and can telnet on the
RAQ4.
Thanks
