Jeff, you mentioned to the original poster that you could provide software
that handles backups and restores for a 550, but you also asked in the same
email "Has anyone done CMU backups on the RaQ550 and then looked at the
files it creates to see if everything is there?". So I'm curious, can you
share what you've done or would propose doing since you seem to be saying
that you don't know what the CMU files consists of for the 550, but you're
capable of some kind of restore for a 550 (manual?).

Steve,
Granted, I am not Jeff or anything, but if your looking to do a
restore/backup.
You have your obvious files:
/etc/*
/home/sites/*
Somewhat obvious
/usr/sausalito/*
Your not so obvious:
/var/db/*
It may be a "crude" backup, but in theory it should work just fine. Do you
know
any other files you think would be needed for the RaQ 550 to work?
Sausalito does NOT use a database app per say, it saves everything to text
files
located in: /usr/sausalito/conf/ I believe (not looking) ...
Outside of that, we should write our own ... I have a Test RaQ 550, &
knowledge, if
someone wants to lend their knowledge too, write something like the
RaQBackup app?
Anyone?
